Martyn's skill set is financial, technical and production. He qualified as an Accountant and entered the NZ Dairy Industry, where he worked as a Management Accountant for the NZ Milk Corporation. Martyn then went on to buy into the health food business in 1992 with a joint venture with Natural Vitamins Ltd. This company began selling Zela to the NZ market in 1997. Martyn and his partner established York Nutrition Laboratories in 1999. He has recently taken control and renamed the business Epicure Natural Limited in 2011 and acquired the Zela business from Natural Vitamins Ltd.
David Bayliss
Food Technologist
David possesses 25 years of applying food technology across a broad
cross-section of food industry companies. He has been the food technologist
involved in two NZ Food Awards including one Supreme award.
David is qualified with a B.Technology (Food), Massey University; B.B.S
(Management), Massey University and is a Professional Member, NZ Institute of Food
Science and Technology and Past Chairman of Quality Assurance Division of
NZIFST.
